“Check-in” style meetings for past participants

Monthly Connection

A place for past Animo participants to connect, once a month, with other past Animo participants. You may see familiar faces and you may make new connections. In any case, stay on top of what you’ve learned so far and continue to hone your tools!

Connection meetings are structured like the beginning of an Animo meeting. We will start with a check-in question and mindful moment, and then open the floor for sharing and support for the rest of the meeting.
